The last couple of months have been crazy, working on a couple of installation pieces for Windermere Jetty Museum of Boats and Stories. This is a video of the puzzle which lies at the end of the new ‘Wrecked!’ exhibition, an interactive trail for kids.

It’s running on an Arduino Nano, with a rotary encoder, individually-addressable RGB LEDs, relay board to power the underwater lights, and some DFPlayer sound modules. The casing is based on laser-cut brass and steel with an Iroko wood edging, with acrylic-insert buttons.

The museum has just reopened and is well worth a visit. (It has a coffee shop with one of the best views going!)
